Kindly accept my humble obeisances at your lotus feet. I am very glad to receive for last dt. 17/11/76.

It is your causeless mercy that you are now desiring of coming to Orissa and beginning the construction of an important temple here.

Now the climate is not bad. It is all dry climate now. It seems to be very strange that it is hot now, though it is last part of November, when usually , there have been winter season here. However, it is the mysterious will of Lord Krishna, who knows the best what He is doing and what in His plan and under whose direction nature works. And as a anfidential associate of Krishna your Divine Grace might be knowing it well, what is going to happen. It is beyond our conception. Only we are struck in wonder.

As per your instruction in the letter under reference, I am now trying to get estimates for the temple construction by approaching some engineers and contractors.

As regards the mutation work of the land I am trying my best to get it done by the end of this month. I have already deposited the money for getting the certified copy of the sale-deed from the Hd. Office at puri and Sri Bala Mukunda Das, the previous owner of the land, from whom Mrs. Chhabi Kanungo had purchased the land has taken up the responsibility of getting the work done soon, as he usually stays at puri (P.T.O.)

Today I met him and talked to him about the certified copy of the document. He Said that within two or three days it  would be available to us. I hope, if you shower your blessings, this unworthy servant of yours will be able to do the needful here.
