I have no capacity. Everything is yours. If you say and shower your causeless mercy on this servant, then he will work wonderfully.

I received your kind letter dt 24/12/76 on dt 30/12/76, in which your Divine Grace has given some conditions for the construction of the temple here. I cannot think of anything about these conditions, i.e. how far I will be able to fulfill these conditions. I have no abilities. I am prepared to serve Krishna unconditionally. What you have said is all nice, to collect 50% of the amount for construction work in Orissa is very difficult, because Orissa is a poor state and not a very big state as well. Still I am prepared to travel throughout Orissa is in all corners of Orissa to preach Krishna Consciousness and distribute books and thereby collect money for the construction work. But one thing some expert devotees, really interested and enthusiastic devotees are required to work here unconditionally. There will be one traveling party, that will travel constantly to collect money, and another party will stay here to supervise construction work and manage things nicely. Then it will be alright. This is practical side. But all impractical, all impossible can be done, if your causeless mercy, causeless mercy of Krishna is available. That will do everything. That can make every impossible possible and every impracticable practicable.

Hence, kindly shower for blessings and causeless mercy upon this unworthy servant of yours and enable him to act as an instrument in those hands. It requires no agreement from me. I am prepared to do what you want.

Therefore, I request you to come here soon to start work immediately, as your Divine Grace wants. Kindly let me know the date and time of your arrival here sufficiently ahead, so that we may prepare ourselves accordingly.

Now I am trying to get electricity here. Mrs. Indira Gandhi, the prime minister of India is coming to Bhubaneswar on 3rd Jan, 77 and stay here upto 5th. So all the people of electricity office are busy for her visit. They have told me to begin our work on the 6th and finish it by 10th of this month, still you may fix up a date accordingly, because it will be Orissa, how better for you to stay here as when the supply of electricity is available here.
