Kindly accept my humble obeisances at your lotus feet.

Through your grace I could obtain the certified copy of the sale-deed of the donated land and finished the first stage of work in the settlement camp. Now preliminary work i.e. the preliminary entry of the name of the society, ISKCON has been made in settlement records. The concerned officer of the settlement camp told me that after one month, most probably, an inquiry will be made. The settlement officer will come to the spot and see how we are in the possession of the plot of the land and we are doing there. Then accordingly he will made an entry in the settlement records in respect of our possession and utilisation of the plot of land donated to us. This is known as "spot inquiry". These are all official paraphernalia. This will go on in a slow process on its own way. Naturally the work of the settlement department of Govt. goes on very slowly and continues operation for years together. We need not be perturbed over it, and I am confident that there will be no dispute now over our possession of the land. We may safely start the construction work on the land.

In the meanwhile I have contacted a few contractors and experienced retired engineers for making plan and estimates for the construction of the temple and Ashram here. It will take most probably, two weeks time for obtaining plans and estimates for the purpose.

The climate of Orissa is good now. So your Divine Grace (P.T.O.) may kindly come here for making the people of Orissa enlivened with your delivery of soul- stirring message of Krishna, which is eternally known as life giving force.

I am also trying to get the supply of electricity to our Ashrama.
